To get an accurate quote, please send as much of the following as possible:
1. What would you like printed?
T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, workwear, sports gear, merch, or something else.
2. How many items do you need?
One-off orders are welcome, and bulk orders are absolutely welcome too.
3. What sizes and colours do you need?
A rough breakdown is fine to start.
4. Do you already have artwork?
Send your logo, design, image, or idea. High-quality files are best, but if all you have is a rough concept, send it anyway. We’ll tell you what will work.
5. Where do you want the print placed?
Front, back, sleeve, chest, leg, or the classic “somewhere cool but not weird” placement.
6. When do you need it?
Let us know your deadline so we can confirm whether it is realistic before anyone starts stress-refreshing courier tracking.

We’ll check garments, print method, sizing, placement, quantity, and timing. -

You approve the mock-up
We send a visual proof before printing so you know exactly what is being made. -
We print your order
Once approved, your custom clothing goes into production. -
Pickup or delivery
Collect locally in Christchurch or have your order shipped anywhere in New Zealand.
Printing on Customer-Supplied Garments
We are happy to print on garments supplied by our customers. However, we cannot provide a warranty on garments not purchased through Printcraft Services.
Many of the garments we supply are specifically designed and tested for garment decoration, while retail and fashion garments can react unpredictably to heat and printing processes. Fabric blends, dyes, coatings, and construction methods can all affect the final result.
Although we take every care during production, customer-supplied garments are printed at the owner's risk, and Printcraft Services cannot accept responsibility for garment or print issues resulting from the garment itself.
Local pickup and NZ-wide shipping
We offer local pickup for Christchurch customers and shipping across New Zealand. This makes it easy to order whether you are down the road, somewhere in Canterbury, or organising a team/event from the other end of the country.

Do you have a minimum order?
No. We can help with one-off custom items as well as larger bulk orders.
Can you help with bulk orders?
Yes. We regularly work with businesses, schools, clubs, sports teams, community groups, and events.
Can I send my own design?
Yes. Send through your artwork, logo, or idea. High-resolution files are ideal, but we can advise if your file needs adjusting before print.
Do I get to see the design before printing?
Yes. We provide a mock-up/proof before production so you can approve the layout.
Do you ship outside Christchurch?
Yes. We offer NZ-wide shipping.
